Who the Mid-Size package fits
The Mid-Size package is sized for offices of 21–30 employees. It includes 240 Large boxes and 16 sets of moving wheels, which works out to about 8 boxes per employee at the top of the range. The boxes arrive assembled with nothing to tape, and we pick them up when your move is done.
If your team is near the top of the range, or you are moving a lot of files and equipment, the next package up (Big Business, 31–40 employees, 360 large boxes) gives you more room. If you only need a few more boxes, you can add single boxes, wardrobe boxes and packing supplies to any package.
Common questions about the Mid-Size package
What does the Mid-Size package include?
240 Large Bronko Boxes (27" L × 17¾" W × 12½" H, 3 cu ft) and 16 sets of moving wheels. Each set of moving wheels carries a stack of up to 5 boxes, so a loaded stack rolls instead of being carried. Extra Large boxes, wardrobe boxes and packing supplies can be added to the order.
How much does the Mid-Size package cost, and what if the move takes longer?
$1,196 for the first week and $300 for each extra week, so three weeks is $1,796. Delivery and pickup are priced by ZIP code and shown at checkout before you pay; orders of $99 or more inside our Austin delivery zone include one free delivery and pickup.
Does someone need to be on site for delivery and pickup of the Mid-Size package?
No, but someone must be reachable by phone. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours' notice; otherwise a $25 fee applies. The full policies are on the FAQ page.
